A Busy Start to 2012!

Posted by Joseph Kibwaa on January 23, 2012 at 4:40 PM

Greetings!  It has been an exciting month or two at Beth Potter's Home.  In December we were able to deliver food to those in our community and bring some Christmas cheer to those in need.

We also continue to provide tuition thanks to our generous sponsors.  $360.00 (CAD) is enough to sponsor a child for a full year!  As you can see from these pictures, being sponsored is a second opportunity at life for these young children.

Please prayerfully consider a donation to Beth Potter's Home.  Whether you can give a dollar or a thousand, or more - any and all amounts are received with thanksgiving.

May the Lord bless you and keep you!

September 2011 Update!

Posted by Joseph Kibwaa on October 13, 2011 at 7:10 PM

We praise and give thanks to God! September 2011 was a very busy month for Beth Potter's Home.  Thanks to your kindness and generosity we were able to purchase and distribute food items, including flour, sugar, and cooking oil!  To see pictures of the excitement, click here.

We are so grateful for your generosity, and for the love of our father, God, who makes this important work possible.  We ask that you continue to pray as we seek to build and that the Lord continues to provide faithful workers.  If you would like more information on supporting us financially you can click here.

May the Lord bless you and keep you!

2010 Trip & Donations

Posted by Joseph Kibwaa on August 27, 2011 at 12:25 AM

In 2010 Elizabeth and Neeta (one of the charity board members) returned to Kenya and were able to break ground! However, money is still needed to build. Ideally financial dontaions are most practical at this point, however any clothing, shoe, or book bags are all greatly appreciated. Once again thank you to all of you who continue to donate and support us, we look forward to updating you soon.

In November of 09, Joseph (Co-Founder) returned to Kenya to bring Christmas cheer to the recipiants of the home your donations are helping us build. Thanks to Giant Tiger, as well as various individuals, he was able to return with clothes, intimates, shoes, hats, and book bags. During this time he was able to acquire property for the home.
